If you need to return or exchange your items for any reason, such as if they are faulty or damaged, please follow the instructions below:
**Please note that we thoroughly inspect all items for faults and damages before dispatch. If your item arrives faulty, you can return it for a refund or exchange (excluding postage and packaging costs).
1) To initiate an exchange or return, please email support@rajulonline.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your item. Please include the relevant reference in the subject line.
**If you wish to return an item for any reason other than a fault, we advise that you do so within 14 days of receiving the item, in its original, unopened packaging, for a full refund (excluding postage and packaging costs). We will only offer a refund for items that are unused, unwashed, and in perfect resalable condition, with the Rajul Online Tags still attached. We cannot accept returns that have been torn, soiled, or damaged due to incorrect washing or use. Please note that we are not responsible for items returned to us by mistake.
Please be aware that any used or customer damaged items cannot be refunded or exchanged, and we will return them to you with an additional charge for postage. If the items are being returned from an international destination other than the UK, please ensure that you declare on the customs form that the items contained cost no more than $5 and that they are being sent to the UK. Otherwise, we will have to pay customs charges, which will be deducted from your refund.
2) Once we have received your email within 11 days, our customer service team will provide you with a returns address and a returns authorization code. You will then have a further 3 days to return the goods to Rajul Online UK.
3) We advise all our UK customers to return orders using Royal Mail Special Delivery service and all our international orders to be returned using a reliable trackable delivery service. This ensures that you have proof of postage (as we cannot issue a refund in the event of the returned item being lost in transit). The cost of returning unwanted items, as well as postage and packaging, is the responsibility of the customer.
